Who Is Le Chef?

Nick Hayward is Le Chef. Fully qualified and insured, he has worked in luxury hotels in London, Dublin, Zurich, St Moritz and Jersey. Nick holds the highest City & Guilds Professional Advanced Cookery Certificates in both kitchen/larder and pastry work. With a Certificate in Education from Portsmouth University and twenty years teaching experience as a Chef Lecturer at Highlands College, Jersey, he is the consummate professional. From gourmet meal preparation to cookery tuition, Nick will ensure you benefit from his industry experience and enthusiasm.
