Also, since we use your own cooking equipment, there'll be no temperature or cooking-time variations when you replicate the menus. You'll learn real skills in a real environment - not a professionally equipped kitchen.

You might be a beginner interested in vegetarian cooking, an accomplished cook who wants to improve pastry skills, or an intermediate cook who wants to adopt a healthier way of cooking. Nick holds the highest City & Guilds Professional Advanced Cookery Certificates in both kitchen/larder and pastry work. With a Certificate in Education from Portsmouth University and twenty years teaching experience as a Chef Lecturer at Highlands College, Jersey, he is the consummate professional. Nick will ensure you benefit from his industry and teaching experience.
