Nick is a trainer with Jersey Hospitality Association for the Royal Society for Public Health's hygiene course currently available to all local catering staff. As a former Chef Lecturer, Nick is experienced in developing, delivering and evaluating courses to suit all levels of ability.
On site training can be delivered minimising disruption to your business. Nick is available for cookery demonstrations to launch new products or promote food lines.
